All international students who have been accepted to a Canadian College or University for a program longer than 6 months are eligible to apply Canadian study visa. The type of documentation required depends on your country of origin, the program you are taking, and the length of your study. Study permit is not required for a study program of up to six months. Visa has to be applied at the visa facilitation centre (VFS) closest to your city. |

Canada has over 90 universities with fixed admission requirements. Admissions are done in one to two intakes primarily – September/January. Accommodation in Canada is classified into Short term and Long term. Short term accommodation comprises of hotels, Youth hostels/YWCA/YMCA. Long term accommodation will be provided by the Schools. Residence/Dormitory, Off-campus housing can also be opted for long term accommodations. |
